Such a great experience. I booked a Thai body massage through ClassPass and walked out feeling amazing. There was a small booking mix-up when I arrived, so if you use ClassPass I’d recommend calling ahead to confirm (but it didn’t affect my session at all). My therapist, Linda, didn’t speak much English, yet we communicated easily about pressure and what I needed. The massage was a full, unrushed 60 minutes and truly one of the best I’ve had in 20+ years of getting massages. The deep work was targeted and intentional, not just painful for the sake of it. She stretched me, walked on my back, checked in often, and focused exactly where I was tight. Everyone was friendly, it feels good to support a local woman-owned business, and I was able to book last minute on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend.

What should I expect during a Thai massage vs a Swedish or Deep Tissue massage?

Thai massage: Performed typically with you clothed, involves stretching, rocking, compression, and body movement rather than oils.

Swedish massage: Relaxation-oriented, using oils/lotions, lighter pressure, focus on soothing muscles and circulation.

Deep tissue massage: More intense pressure aimed at releasing deeper muscle tension, knots and chronic pain areas.

Are couples or group sessions available?

Yes — we offer couples massage sessions. For example, certain combo or specialty services list pricing for 75- or 90-minute couples sessions.
